DIZipWriter 6.2.1

DIZipWriter is a component for Delphi (Embarcadero / CodeGear / Borland) to create PKZip-compatible ZIP archives. New ZIP archives may be created as files, as streams, or even entirely in memory using TMemoryStream.

These compression engines are built into DIZipWriter:

deflate – reasonable compression, the ZIP default.
bzip2 – better compression.
LZMA – very good compression.
TDIZipWriter is the core component to create new archives and write any type of data to it:

Files
Streams
Strings
Memory Buffers
Multiple writes to the same archive entry are possible. The direct streaming interface enables objects use their native SaveToStream procedure when writing their data to the archive.

Additional features:

Data goes directly to the archive, avoiding all temporary storage.
Strong 256-bit AES encryption as supported by WinZip and 7-Zip, as well as the default ZIP encryption.
Comments for archive and items.
Stores long file names and relative path information.
Automatic text / binary data type detection, manual settings possible.
Compiles straight into applications, needs no DLLs.
Very small footprint.
Consumes very little memory only.
Excellent performance.
DIZipWriter includes full HTML Help plus demo projects.
